Most studios grow by hiring juniors, marking them up, and hoping clients don't notice. We grew by refusing to. Every person on your project has shipped production software for at least six years. The partner you meet on the intro call is the engineer writing your code, not a layer of sales staff in front of a subcontractor.
We work in public. You see working software every Friday, the repo from day one, and the quote before the kickoff. If we underestimate, that cost lands on us and not on your runway. If something doesn't work, we tell you in the same week, not in the invoice footer three months later.
We don't try to be everything. We ship web and mobile products, we ship them well, and we ship them in weeks. If a project needs something outside that lane (a growth team, an ad agency, a recruiter), we'll say so and introduce you to someone we trust. We'd rather do that than sell you the wrong thing.
