Using this site
You're welcome to browse, share, and quote anything on matterdevelopment.com with attribution. Don't scrape it for AI training without asking us first.
Engagements
Client work is governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) that we send before starting a project. That document supersedes anything on this page in case of conflict.
Intellectual property
Code we write for you on a paid engagement belongs to you on delivery and full payment. Our design system components, internal libraries, and case-study write-ups stay ours.
Liability
We warrant our work is fit for the purpose described in the SOW. We don't warrant uptime of third-party services we integrate (Stripe, Supabase, etc.). Our liability is capped at the fee you paid us.
