Most support chatbots either hallucinate or need a person to babysit them. A small company wants a bot that answers from its own docs, admits when it doesn't know, and never runs up a surprise model bill.

Built a multi-tenant SaaS that grounds every answer in the customer's own content and cites where it came from, and that would rather say nothing than guess. Cost is controlled at the platform level, so a leaked install key can't drain the budget. Billing is a base tier plus usage, on Stripe.
What we learned.
A support bot that installs in two lines, cites where every answer came from, and converts the questions it can't answer into leads instead of dead ends.
The token spend is capped by design, so it stays profitable at any scale.

Every unanswered question becomes a captured lead. It's multi-tenant with agency and client roles, and it's engineered so a public install key can never run up a runaway model bill.
